We recommend you employ a courier company with online Track & Trace. And as always, we remind senders to insure their goods for transit in both directions to protect your valuable lens from damage, loss or theft while in transit to or from Maxwell’s office.

Always include on the outside of the parcel, as well as inside, details of your name and address, the item you are sending (with serial number where applicable ) and a contact home and mobile number if we need to refer to you further after receipt.
